Once paired with your Toshiba TV the MediaGuide App allows individuals to control the TV’s electronic programme guide (EPG). Functionality includes switching of channels at a touch and the building of favourite channel lists. The Toshiba TV MediaGuide application also enables reminders, browsing of Video on Demand (VOD) services and access to a detailed stream of information ranging from shows and actors.

Electronic Programme Guide:
Detailed programme listings, as well as offering engaging background information on actors, shows and movies.
Remote Recording / Reminders
Record favourite TV programmes to your personal USB hard drive when you are outside your home anytime, anywhere via Toshiba Cloud services. Simply set a timer via the on-screen programme guide.
Remote Control:
Control your Toshiba TV with your companion device as if you were using a traditional remote control.

How to setup
1. Enable New Device Detection on TV (Tool button -> Network -> Network Device Setup -> External Control Setup -> Apps Control Profile -> New Device Detection (ENABLED)
2. On your tablet device, launch the Toshiba TV MediaGuide App
3. Select your country and press OK
4. Agree to the END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
5. Select your TV from the Device Selection user interface
6. Input on the tablet, the pairing code displayed on your TV screen
8. If needed, change your country selection then select your city from the list before selecting your service providers and press OK
9. CONFIRM your selections to proceed
10. Press OK to start consolidating channel information according to wizard
11. On completion of channel setup, press YES to display your TV channels on your device
12. You now have the option to hide unwanted channels or select your favourite channels before pressing the CONFIRM button
13. Setup Parental control if needed
